We set up SOWN as a dedicated division within the LRG because we believe that shared ownership is the future. Our mission is to empower buyers and organisations alike, guiding them towards their homeownership goals with expertise and care.

SOWN provides a full sales and marketing service on behalf of housing associations across the UK, for both new-build and re-sale homes. Our specialist team focuses exclusively on shared ownership, which allows us to truly understand the customer journey and give the shared ownership market the attention it deserves.

An expert setup

Our secret to getting shared ownership right is setting up dedicated teams for every stage of the process. Our pre-sales team handles all enquiries, which are then passed onto the move managers (who progress sales). We also have specialist in-house mortgage brokers.

For the housing associations, registered providers and local councils we work with, we seamlessly integrate with your teams, adding to your capabilities. Think of us as an extension of your team, running on smooth communication and transparent reporting every step of the way.

SOWN is currently operating out of numerous hubs across the country that bring us closer to our key markets.

We just wanted to give a review on the fantastic Gemma Gibson at SOWN. Gemma helped us with the sale of our Shared Ownership property, and from day one we have been blown away by her communication and handling of the sale. It has been an incredibly challenging procedure due to the buyers solicitor, but Gemma and her team have gone above and beyond to get the sale across the line. She has always kept us in the loop and in constant communication. Gemma is a real asset to SOWN and we highly recommend her.
